Here is the agenda for next week’s Executive Committee meeting on Monday, October 1st. Meeting time is 10AM (Eastern Time); 11AM (Atlantic Time) and may run for much of the day.
- Discuss outreach to potential partners in the southern New England region (Paul C / Tom S. )
- Discuss new project utilizing RA funding. Philip in the process of preparing proposal. (Philip B )
- Discuss draft agenda and program possibilities for December Annual Meeting (Assignments to be made at meeting)
- Discuss elements of draft Workplan for 2008 (Paul Currier to provide mark-up of ’07 plan prior to meeting)
- Other business
We anticipate that Tom, Deb, Paul, Dan, Evan and Bob will be located at BIO and Philip and Linda will be calling in.
A note-taker will be needed for this meeting as Jen will not be available. Please reply and let us know if you will have a laptop at the meeting. (Riley Young Morse from GoMOOS will be in attendance and will take notes)
Let me know if you would like to add anything to this agenda. If some folks will be unable to be at BIO by 11AM, the agenda could be shifted to move suitable items earlier in the meeting.
